Glass processing
Glass processing is a process that begins with cutting glass, processing glass edges with a thickness of 3 – 40mm in high gloss, making bevels on the edges of glass and mirrors, drilling holes of various sizes and shapes and making notches on the glass.
We have the most modern automatic machines and equipment for processing and treating glass, from sheets with a maximum dimension of 3210x6000mm.
Tempering
Tempered glass is heat-treated glass, it is 4-5 times stronger than ordinary glass, it withstands greater temperature differences than ordinary glass.
Tempered glass is safety glass, when broken it shatters into small pieces with blunt edges that reduce the risk of serious injuries (ordinary glass shatters into large and sharp pieces).
It is more resistant to impacts and bending.
It has a wide range of applications: glass doors, glass partitions, glass railings, shower cabins, glass tables, glass shelves, glass on windows and facades, vehicle glass, glass for white goods, etc.
Lamination
Laminated glass consists of two or more glass panels bonded together by a layer of plastic.
It is more resistant to impacts and harder to break, when broken the glass pieces remain attached to each other and prevent their scattering.
The layer of plastic foil between the glass reduces noise, is resistant to temperature shocks and external influences, and is resistant to UV rays.
It has a wide range of applications: glass doors, glass partitions, glass railings, glass stairs, bulletproof glass, glass on windows and facades, glass tables, vehicle glass, etc.
Enamelling
Enameling is the process of applying a layer of ceramic paint to glass, which is then tempered to fuse the paint to the glass. This process creates a durable, smooth and shiny coating that is resistant to scratches, chemicals and weather conditions. Glass can be enameled in any RAL color using low-iron glass for certain colors. It must be taken into account that the RAL color applied to glass cannot be the same as when applied to other materials! It has a wide range of applications: Building facades, glass panels, partition walls, glass railings, kitchen backsplashes, bathroom cladding, glass furniture, decorative elements, ovens, stoves, refrigerators, etc…
Screen printing
Screen printing on glass is a technique that allows printing various motifs on glass surfaces.
It has wide application in construction, interior design, lighting and white goods as well as in the automotive industry. The printing is extremely resistant to external influences, such as moisture, UV radiation and mechanical damage.
Digital printing
Choose any image, design, logo or text in high resolution and transfer it to glass with incredible precision and quality.
High-quality colors, the print is resistant to moisture, UV radiation and mechanical damage.
Sandblasting
Glass sandblasting is a technique used to decorate glass surfaces. We perform sandblasting on state-of-the-art automatic machines with various options: (percentage of sandblasted surface, various motifs on the glass, gradient, etc.) using aluminum oxide under high pressure.
We take care of air pollution by using special filters for purification as well as recycling consumables.
